Ms. Santona,

I would like to give a friendly reminder that I gave McDonald’s a deadline of October 22nd 2015 midnight GMT time. So you have about 36 hours left. It was 4 entire days which is more than enough considering I’ve sent my first cease and desist letter back in 2012. On top of this, had I known that the French branch had started scamming people again, I would have at the time only given you 24 to 48 hours. On top of this it’s really a simple matter somehow : you’ve omitted to tell people the game was rigged.

Could you please let me know what’s going on right now and what you are doing to resolve this situation?

Also, I strongly suggest you not to wait an additional 36 hours to call off the fraud in France. This should be done at once. I’ve just checked your website in France and I see the scam is still displaying. Please let me know what’s going on.

Thank you.

Best regards,

I am the key witness and whistleblower in a major international criminal case targeting McDonald’s Corporation for decades of mass-marketing consumer fraud and cross-border money laundering.

The case, registered as application 50552/22 before the European Court of Human Rights, is part of broader efforts to expose a pattern of serious misconduct affecting billions of consumers and implicating both corporate and institutional actors.
